Shipping Policy
Last updated: 2 September 2026
1. Scope
Nifa Overseas ships internationally to B2B buyers. Shipping arrangements are agreed for each order and confirmed in the order documentation.
2. Lead times
Production and shipping time depend on the product, quantity, customization and destination. Our company material indicates approximately 3–4 weeks for standard bulk orders; the applicable timeline is confirmed in writing for each order. Seasonal periods, particularly Christmas ranges, should be planned well in advance.
3. Modes of shipment
Depending on volume, urgency and destination, orders may move by air freight, sea freight or international courier. The mode, incoterm and freight responsibility are agreed before production begins.
4. Packing
Products are checked and prepared before dispatch and packed for export transit. Where private-label or custom retail packaging has been agreed, it is applied at this stage.
5. Export documentation
We coordinate the commercial invoice, packing list and applicable export documentation for the agreed shipping arrangement.
6. Duties, taxes and customs
Import duties, taxes, customs clearance charges and any destination-country compliance requirements are the buyer's responsibility unless the agreed incoterm states otherwise.
7. Transit damage
Please inspect shipments on arrival and report any transit damage with photographs within 7 days of delivery so that we can assist with the claim.
