2. This is a B2B website

Nifa Overseas supplies businesses. Nothing on this website constitutes a retail offer for sale, and no prices are published here. All pricing is quoted individually, in writing, against a specific requirement.

3. Enquiries are not orders

Submitting the enquiry form starts a discussion. An order exists only once quantity, specification, price, lead time, packaging, delivery terms and payment terms have been confirmed in writing by both parties, and any agreed advance has been received.

4. Product information

Product descriptions, photographs and design counts on this site are indicative. Because our products are handmade, natural variation occurs in texture, finish, tone, shape, measurement and surface appearance. Such variation is a characteristic of handmade production and is not treated as a defect.

5. MOQ and lead times

Minimum order quantities and production lead times depend on the product, design, customization and quantity, and are confirmed for each individual order. Any figures shown on this website are indicative only.

6. Customization, branding and private label

Where you supply a design, logo, artwork or brand material, you confirm that you own it or are licensed to use it, and that its use for your order does not infringe any third-party rights. Feasibility of any customization is confirmed case by case.

7. Intellectual property

The content, photographs and designs on this website belong to Nifa Overseas or its licensors and may not be reproduced for commercial use without written permission.

8. Liability

The website is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Nifa Overseas is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Liability in respect of any confirmed order is governed by that order's agreed terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Uttarakhand, India shall have jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in writing for a specific order.
